  1. Where do I find a list of medical in-network physicians and pharmacies?
To find medical physicians or facilities in-network, go to bcbsok.com, choose Find Care and use the ZIP code at your location to find in-network providers near you. You can also search in-network physicians/facilities in the BCBSofOK app. To find in-network pharmacies with Rightway, create an account/login to the Rightway app or contact Rightway customer service at 833-419-5173 or email them at  rwrx@rightwayhealthcare.com.

  2. Why is there such a difference between the PPO rates and the High Deductible Health Plan premium rates ?
The High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) has a higher deductible. The full deductible ($4,300 for the individual) is paid before the insurance carrier starts covering medical expenses.

  3. Where can I find a list of dentists that are in-network?
For a list of in-network general and specialty dentists, go to www.bcbsok.com and use the Provider Finder® tool by clicking on “Find a Doctor or Hospital” and then on “Find a Dentist” on the left side of the page. You can search for a dentist near your home, school, or office. The network is BlueCare Dental (Traditional National PPO).

  4. Where can I find a list of vision providers that are in-network?
Go to www.vsp.com/eye-doctor and search by zip code, city/state, or provider name to find a list of vision providers in your area that are in-network.

  5. What are the new Health Savings Account (HSA) limits for 2026?
The annual limit in 2026 on HSA contributions will be $4,400 for individual-only and $8,750 for family coverage. Those who are 55 and older can contribute an additional $1,000 as a catch-up contribution. If you participate in a High Deductible Health Plan with HSA then the university will contribute $500 (individual coverage) and $1,000 (dependent coverage) to your HSA. These amounts do contribute to the annual limits ($500 + $3,900 = $4,400). NOTE: The Health Savings Account is not fully funded at the beginning of the year. These contributions are made on a prorated basis per pay period.

  6. What are the new limits for the FSA in 2026?
The 2026 FSA Contribution limits are increasing to $3,400 for healthcare FSA's and $7,500 for dependent day care FSA's.
